Business Development Service Offerings
For each important problem you face, we can bring together the right mix of consultants and financial advisers to help you develop an efficient and commercially viable solution.
Consider us organization doctors, just like a doctor heals people, we heal organizations to make sure our clients’ have a smooth functioning business. The 4 steps of our business development service offerings are as follows:
1
Assessing
Investigating Phase
First, we examine the organization to detect administrative defects and financial issues such as ineffective use of sources, cost accounting deficiencies in the system. If the organization depends highly only on individuals, rather than a system, then we establish a new system.
At this stage, we need to access all kinds of documents to review the economic situation and financial stability of the organization. Also, we must be allowed to contact with the human resources related to daily operations in order to interview all members of the staff.
The rule is simple: with incomplete information, you end up with partial solution, which will be a waste of time and resources for all.
2
Advicing
Guidance Phase
Second, we identify the root causes of the problems, because failing to grasp the causes would result in producing a temporary solution. Then, we prepare a “Checklist” according to the priority order of how each problem should be solved.
We provide our clients with a comprehensive roadmap or checklist based on a careful analysis and realistic approach which forms the basis for our recommendations.
After all, through building a deep understanding of our clients’ unique needs and circumstances, we assist them in identifying how a specific objective can be achieved. And, we ask the organization or managers to complete all deficiencies in a given time.
Sometimes people are tend to get advice from people around them who doesn’t have enough expertise. But remember: “Good advice is not cheap, but bad advice is much more expensive!”
3
Execution
Execution Phase
Then we share the Checklist we produced with the owners or managers of the organization and request its execution in order, and we allocate them enough time for the implementation.
The owners or managers are supposed to put sufficient effort to execute this Checklist, otherwise the failure would be accepted from the beginning.
It is not wise to think that your business will improve just by paying for consulting service. You expect to recover not because you pay the doctor’s consultation fee, but because you use the medicine he prescribed.
4
Follow-Up
Follow-Up Phase
At the end of this allocated time, we hold a follow-up meeting to monitor whether the Checklist has been put into practice and make additional suggestions where necessary.
Managers should be responsible for correcting the deficiencies in the Checklist before the next meeting.
